Accepting New Clients!!!

There’s a common misconception that your therapist is someone who has lived a charmed life and has some kind of superpower that protects us from making a mess like everybody else. 

I like to be totally genuine and real with my clients upfront and let them know this isn’t true at all. All of my life lessons were hard-earned with a lot of heartache and loss too!

I keep an open mind when I meet anyone new because there is always something I can learn from them. Especially my clients, because I actually need your help to help you.

The good news is that all of the skills I have mastered were once taught to me and we will work to equip you with the skills you need to meet your goals.

That is why my first goal as a counselor is to educate. With the right tools and support system in place, you will be empowered to make meaningful change and manifest the dreams you have for yourself and your future. 

You have taken the first step now, to equip yourself with a mentor and a teacher, and a therapist. We are all of those things and serve as an important part of your support system and your community. Because none of us can do this alone. No one is an island unto themselves. We are all so much better when we work together.
