Court related cases and consultations are not covered by insurance. You will be expected to provide full payment at the time of service.

Frequency of session is agreed upon between the therapist and client at the initial session and updated as progress is made. Weekly sessions are most often recommended, especially at the beginning of therapy. 

We accept cash and all major credit cards. You may also be able to use your Health Savings Account or FlexPlan. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

In the event that you cannot keep an appointment, you must call at least 24 hours before the time of the appointment to cancel. This gives us time to fill that time spot with another client. If you fail to call, or "no show" you will be charged the below fee: 

$35- Same day cancellation with more than 2 hours’ notice

$50- Same day cancellation with less than 2 hours’ notice 

$75- No show/no call

*Insurance does not cover this charge, therefore you will be responsible for payment.
