Accepting New Clients-Late Afternoons & Evenings

When we are young, we all have dreams about how our lives are going to be. We have ideas about our education, careers, friends, spouses and children. We make plans to achieve our goals and put them into action. We work hard to build the lives we have imagined and to make our dreams come true. 

For the lucky few, the story ends with "happily after after". But for many of us, something we didn't plan for and never wanted causes our plans to go completely off track. These unforeseen events can make us feel like we have been through a train wreck, throwing us off balance and causing us to be on constant guard, waiting for the next blow. We lose our sense of purpose and our passion. Whether it is an illness, the end of a marriage or another life changing event, we may be forced to accept that the dreams we had for our future will need to be rewritten. This can be terrifying and cause us to feel frozen and stuck in a well of confusion, disbelief and frustration. 

As someone who has had to rewrite my life, I understand how overwhelming this can feel.
